The Rock Springs Cemetery Association of Mills County, Texas is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to preserve, maintain, expand or make improvements within the Cemetery as deemed necessary by the Association. It shall further be the purpose of this Association to establish and maintain a permanent fund of sufficient size so that the interest earned will be adequate to provide perpetual care of this Cemetery.
ABOUT US
Membership
Membership in the Association shall consist of all persons who own a burial plot in the Cemetery, have made prior arrangements with the Association, or have family members interned therein. No outside persons may be buried in the Cemetery without authorization from the Association’s Board Members.
